What You Will Do in the PADI Master Instructor Course
The PADI Master Instructor course includes:
• Advanced Teaching Techniques: Enhance your instructional skills through workshops and presentations focused on advanced teaching methodologies.
• Course Development: Learn how to develop and implement effective training programs for aspiring divers and instructors.
• Mentoring: Gain valuable insights into mentoring other instructors and dive professionals, preparing them for success in their careers.

Prerequisites
To qualify for the PADI Master Instructor rating, you must meet the following prerequisites:
• Be a current PADI IDC Staff Instructor (IDCS).
• Have been a PADI Instructor for a minimum of 2 years.
• Have issued at least 150 PADI certifications, including:
• At least 50 Continuing Education (Con Ed) certifications (e.g., Adventure Diver or higher).
• At least 15 Specialty Diver certifications.
• At least 5 Rescue Diver certifications.
• At least 5 Divemaster certifications.
• Have issued 10 Emergency First Response course completion cards.
• Participate in at least 3 PADI seminars.
• Demonstrate support for PADI’s efforts within aquatic conservation.

The course typically takes 2 to 4 days, depending on the dive center's schedule and specific offerings.
